My name is Angela and I am a professional Wedding Hairstylist in Hoo specialising in bridal/special occasion, Hairdressing, editorials and photoshoots. I was Education Manager for a medium sized hairdressing company, overseeing all training across 10 salons and mentoring new assessors and instructors into the world of hairdressing. Throughout my whole career my passion has been for styling hair, especially wedding hair. Since my own wedding in 2012 I just couldn’t get enough and took the plunge to set up RKW Hair- a wedding hair business based in Kent and the South East. RKW Hair has a home studio for all hairdressing services, no matter what the occasion. RKW Hair also offers everyday services such as colours and cuts.

I serve Hoo and the surrounding areas, and will travel further if required.

I Specialise in wedding hair and offer a friendly and professional hair service on one of the most important days of your life. with over 20 years’ experience and an educational career in hairdressing, you can be confident of the results. Their dedicated wedding consultant will be your main point of contact while planning your wedding, to ensure all runs smoothly. Unlike your flowers, cake or wedding cars, your hair is on show all day long – so it’s important that you look just perfect, from the start of the ceremony to the end of the night. RKW Hair will help you discover the look that is perfect for you.

My priority is to offer a high quality service, tailored to your needs, as well as a friendly face to help calm the nerves on your special day. Your wedding is the most important day to you and your partner, and it will be my most important job to make sure that your hair all goes to plan. To aid the smooth running of your wedding morning I will help to plan your timings. Taking into account your other suppliers, dress and location, and this will give you and myself a guidance time to have you and your bridal party ready by. I also ensure that my timings allow me to stay on hand to assist you in the final stages of getting ready and for those precious few moments before you leave to say ‘I do’ and first appear in front of your groom and wedding guests.

I recommends you take the guesswork out of finding the right bridal look by booking a trial run anytime from 1-4 months before your wedding day. There is absolutely no obligation to have a trial beforehand if you have a clear idea of the style you would like, or if you’re happy for me to suggest a look for you then this can be done on the wedding day and we will schedule extra time on the day to make sure you are completely satisfied.
